Kitchener Day Centre Refurbishment

Another successful handover has been completed!

On Friday 7^th June Parrott Construction was delighted to hand over the fully refurbished Kitchener Day Centre in Olney, to our client Milton Keynes City Council.

The works comprised of refurbishment and remodelling, with modifications internally to the main building. These included demolitions and alterations, kitchen and laundry works, plumbing, mechanical, electrical installations, plaster repairs, decoration, ceilings and floor finishes.

The refurbishment was carried out over an intensive five-week period, with the work carried out predominantly by our directly employed workforce, with specialist trades supplied by our expert subcontractors.

The project was handed over on programme and on budget, which was of great importance to our client.
