New Homes at Shuttleworth Court, Biggleswade

We were delighted to attend the official opening of our project at Shuttleworth Court, Biggleswade.

The Design and Build project on a former allotment site has provided 10 new homes for our client Grand Union Housing Group. Four of the homes are for shared ownership and six for affordable rent, including one that has been specially adapted to meet the needs of a disabled tenant.

Councillor Carole Hegley ‘cut the ribbon’ to officially open the development, following a speech by Aileen Evans, Director of Operations at Grand Union Housing Group.

Many of the stakeholders on the project were present to view the homes and all agreed that once again Parrott Construction have delivered an excellent standard, on budget and on time project.
