Furtho Lane, Potterspury We have just commenced construction at Furtho Lane, Potterspury for Guinness Midsummer Homes Limited. The scheme consists of 18 units with a contract value of £1,665,000. The scheme will achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3, we have currently completed construction of the substructures, and await timber frame erection.

We are currently involved in the re-development of Farm Place, Northchurch in a partnering scheme with our partners Aldwyck Housing Group, Dacorum Borough Council and RLF.
